In the early 1970s, the socioeconomic changes that emerged with the industrialization process, urbanization and the acceleration of migration to cities added an important dimension to housing construction in the construction sector. An idealist young engineer perhaps could not even imagine that the small-scale contracting company he founded within our country's existing profile in those years would become a respected, reliable and globally integrated firm today.
With the economic level we have reached in the sector today, we have surpassed the limits of personal satisfaction and needs, and within a vision that prioritizes national interests; with a correct and beneficial economic perspective, looking at our country from a global window, we continue on our path with the strength and confidence we derive from our achievements, undertaking our mission to do our part for the future of our country and people.
Founded
In a business life spanning over 50 years, knowing that there is no easy way to overcome difficulties, we took care to observe and adopt the right principles that would lead our organizations to success. Never satisfied with success, experiencing the excitement of the next move, innovation, and development, learning separate lessons from each difficulty we faced, we continue to progress in line with our mission with the same belief and effort as the first day.
Despite all adverse conditions, we did not deviate from our primary priority of creating value for our country and people. In line with these goals, we developed our strategy of focusing on businesses with growth potential and high returns. In order to transform our accumulation into much greater achievements in the short term, we have carried out and continue to carry out new works domestically and internationally with ambitious growth through discipline and creativity.
Taking into account the dynamic and variable structure of the world economy, Dağlı has carried out new vision and strategy determination studies to become a world company, demonstrating a good example of our strong determination for international growth. We have taken great steps and covered significant distances towards becoming a global company by having and developing a well-known brand both in Turkey and in the international arena.
Dağlı, closely following the technology of the era, has certified its quality culture with ISO 9001 Quality Management to prove service quality in the construction sector. Not content with this, Dağlı works in line with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety System processes, always acting with a sense of responsibility towards society, the environment and its employees.
We are aware that institutionalized activity can only be achieved through teamwork within systems and procedures. We shared success, failure and time with our team. In our age, achievements are no longer individual but have transformed into collective or corporate success.
