Foundation
Founded as a small-scale contracting company by an idealist young engineer, in line with the needs created by urbanization that emerged with industrialization.
Growth Period
Rapid growth achieved in the construction sector. A strong position in the sector was established with housing projects and public tenders.
Sectoral Expansion
Entry into real estate development and energy sectors. Large-scale domestic projects began to be undertaken.
International Expansion
Infrastructure was established to exist in the international arena with production quality. Steps were taken towards becoming a global company with overseas projects.
Quality Certification
ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety System certifications obtained. Quality culture certified.
Energy Investments
Investments made in renewable energy. Activities expanded in solar energy and petroleum sectors.
Holding Structure
All group companies united under Dağlı. Corporate structure strengthened in construction, real estate, prefabricated, agriculture, mining, oil and energy, trade and logistics sectors.
Digital Transformation
New technologies began to be used in all business processes to strengthen existing commercial activities and create new opportunities. Machinery park and equipment updated.
